Legal Mumbo Jumbo- your booking deposit is applied as a credit to your cake total. Booking deposits are non refundable after 3 days- canceling in writing within 3 days you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Payment in full due 14 days prior to event.

DEPOSIT POLICY
-a $200 deposit is required to hold the date and guarantee your cake price. All your final decisions, design changes, quest count and balances due a minimum of 3 weeks prior to event date. Your deposit is reflected in your balance.
-additional deposits may be required for sugar art work.
-deposits are non-refundable
-Change of dates... if you place a deposit to hold a date and if your date changes. My policy - If you need to change your event date and you notify me with more than 90 days of your original date, then your original deposit will be transfered 1 time only to the new date. If change of date occurs with less than 90 days to your original event date your deposit is non transferable and non refundable and an additional deposit for the new date will be required. As I can book dates up even as much as a year in advance, and turn away other opportunities it becomes difficult to rebook a date in less time.
